Our wired hour meters include a 12″ pick-up wire. If you need a longer wire we offer 5, 10, or 15 feet of wire. These wires are one continuous piece with no splices or connections. We suggest testing the length of wire before you plumb it. We have had success up to 15 feet long pick-up wire length.

Hour Meter Mount for KTM/Husqvarna

This hour meter mount replaces your KTM/Husky stock hour meter so you can use Hardline Products® hour meters with existing OEM threaded holes on your KTM/Husky motorcycle.

Use on any KTM/Husqvarna motorcycle that comes with factory hour meter on handlebars or under seat.

Directions for install:
step 1: Remove center bar pad and remove stock hour meter with allen wrench.
step 2: Clip wire of stock hour meter closest to housing.
step 3: Carefully peel back black insulation 1/2″ exposing red wire. Trim black insulation off.
step 4: Thread red wire through body of Hardline Products hour meter as per meter instructions.
Step 5: Mount bracket using supplied screws.
Step 6: Place meter on top of bracket and secure with serrated screws supplied with meter.
Step 7: Reassemble bar pad.

Knowing what to service and when, is the key to a successful preventative maintenance program for your motorcycle, ATV, PWC, Boat and Generator. Meter display can be read at all times. The hour tachometer meter shows total hours accumulated when engine is off. Shows Tachometer when engine is running. Adjustable inductive inputs for multiple spark combinations. Service on time, every time! Every 5 hours of operation “CLEAN AIR FILTER NOW” will
flash. Every 10 hours of running “CHANGE OIL NOW” will flash, at 20 hours of operation
the meter will flash “VALVE SERVICE NOW”. Preset service intervals can not be changed or
reprogrammed.

All functions count down showing you balance of time before scheduled service. Each Function is re-settable by holding down the button when the service function that is due is flashing or you can reset each service function at your own interval.

This meter is perfect for 4-Stroke motorcycles needing to meet maintenance requirements., YZF, CRF, RMZ, KTM, KXF…etc.
